will.i.am recently joined the University of Wisconsin marching band at LA Live in Los Angeles for a performance of his new song "Great Times." The celebration was part of the pep rallies for the 2012 Rose Bowl game between Wisconsin and Oregon, as well as the iamFIRST initiative to create awareness for will.i.am's efforts with education. The 301 person marching band, led by Professor Michael Leckrone, chose "Great Times" for its fitting lyrics and energy. The track is the Brazilian promo single for will.i.am's upcoming solo album, #WILLPOWER, which is due out soon.will.i.am is also working with Ultrabook, an ultra portable laptop computer, as part of The Ultrabook Project. Using only his eyes, ears, and his Ultrabook, will.i.am will travel around the globe, writing and recording one new song inspired by each city he visits. Blink-182 are taking fans on an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of their latest video for their second single, "After Midnight." The video follows the story of young, troubled lovers in a psych ward who break free for an unforgettable night together. "It's that idea of one person trying to help another person to live life," explained director Issac Rentz. "It's almost like Ferris Bueller's Day Off in that they have this one night to have a great time together."
